1. | To review and recommend the compensation payable to the Executive Directors |
2. | To Determine the Company’s policy on remuneration packages for Executive Director including pension payable. |
3. | Determine the terms and conditions of remuneration packages including revision and decide on matters relating thereto. |
4. | To approve the remuneration payable to the Executive Director. |
5. | Determine the commission, minimum remuneration payable to the Executive Director in event of inadequacy of profit. |
